I am an integrative medicine Physician Assistant who loves working with and supporting underserved and rural populations. I am a mom of two outrageously adorable boys, and a wife to a pretty cool dude. After years of imbibing, I had a "coming to Jesus" moment, and realized I was on the slow, but steady detour away from reaching my best self. Breaking up with alcohol made me feel like a black sheep, branded, as if something were 'wrong' with me. Through months of introspection, self-study, and applying the principles I'm going to share with you, I am not surviving without alcohol, I am thriving! I want everyone else to as well! I don't want anyone to feel like they are a weirdo for wanting to abstain from alcohol. Now, Iā€™m on a mission to spread the word that living an alcohol-free life is bad ass!
